Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo Realty is a mission-driven company seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for the Riverbend Apartments (64 units) in Clarksburg, WV.

Pay and Benefits

• $17-20/hour
• Part-time (<28 hours)
• Weekly pay
• 401(k) match

• Repairs/work orders including painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and/or carpentry
• Turnovers/make-readies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to receive bids and organize projects
• Landscaping
• Preventative maintenance
• Walkway snow and ice removal
• On-call emergency maintenance
• Ability to travel to Morgantown if needed (infrequent)
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, turnovers, rekeying locks (No HVAC needed)
• 3+ years of experience OR education from technical school
